Brand Collaboration Cancellation Policy
SETUP FEE:
Businesses agree to a non-refundable activation fee of $99 to join the Brand Collaboration network.
TERM AND TERMINATION:
This Service Agreement becomes effective on the signup date (“Effective Date”) and will remain in effect for one (1) year. The agreement will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless terminated by either party. Either Brand Collaboration or the Business may terminate the agreement, with or without cause, at any time by providing thirty (30) days prior written or emailed notice to the other party.
Authorization to Update Credit Card Information & Account Updater:
If the credit or debit card you provided to Brand Collaboration expires during an attempt to renew Membership Fees, you authorize Brand Collaboration to update the expiration date and continue billing the same account. To ensure uninterrupted service, Brand Collaboration partners with a third-party service that automatically updates expired or replaced credit card details with the numbers of replacement cards (“Account Updater”).
By registering for Brand Collaboration’s service, you consent to and authorize Brand Collaboration to share your credit or debit card information with Account Updater. This ensures seamless processing of payments and uninterrupted access to services. Additionally, you authorize Brand Collaboration to use updated credit or debit card account information provided by your financial institution as outlined in this agreement and our Privacy Policy.
Canceling Your Membership:
Your membership becomes effective on the signup date and will remain active until terminated by either party. Either Brand Collaboration or the Business may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing thirty (30) days prior written or emailed notice.
To process a cancellation, the Business must complete the “Service Cancellation Form” in its entirety and submit it to Brand Collaboration. A cancellation confirmation number will be provided upon successful processing of the request.

Submit the completed form via email to Cancellations@Brand-Collaboration.com.
Cancellations are processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the referral agreement.
This policy ensures clarity and transparency while providing businesses with a straightforward cancellation process.
